Individuals - your personal treatment plan will be built on your needs based on our discussion and my experience of what will best serve you.

  • Acupuncture: Five Element (constitutional treatment based on how the elements are working in your life) and Eight Principal, the foundation of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine - which works with these same elements and has a language for dealing with symptoms and clusters of symptoms known as Syndromes e.g. Liver Qi Stagnation is linked to issues such as premenstrual tension and feelings of frustration and anger.
  • Simple meditation techniques and relaxation exercises
  • Body Alignment (This work help release pockets of held tension and so enhances feelings of deep relaxation).
  • Nutritional/life style advice

Groups

  • Ear Acupuncture and Meditation/Relaxation Groups run regularly here at West Dulwich Practice or can be used within Business or Community Settings.
  • The benefits of ear acupuncture are well known in the field of addiction and stress reduction.
  • Special packages can be made for those who want to Stop Smoking or simply find better ways of dealing with stress.

Fees - I believe that acupuncture should be available to all - both for particular conditions but also and very importantly as a preventative medicine. Therefore a percentage of Low Cost treatments make up my practice.

Since a course of treatment is usually required, and a series of Body Alignment sessions gives the best results in the long term; discounted advance block booking packages are available.

Acupuncture

  • Initial Consultation - £75 (90–120 minutes)
  • Follow ups Treatments - £45 (45-60 minutes)
  • Ear Acupuncture /Meditation Group - (on request)
  • Initial consulation + 5 treatments - £300
  • Pay in Advance reduction - £50 - pay £250

Body Alignment

  • One Treatment - £45 (60 minutes)
  • Course of 5 - Pay in Advance reduction - £200

Low Cost Treatment

25% of my practice is set aside for low cost treatment (£25 per hour). This is available for those on lower incomes or with long-term health problems who would not otherwise be able access complementary therapies or to afford a course of treatments. There is daytime availability only and there are restrictions on the number of treatment sessions available.
